Important limitations, warranties, and operational terms governing distyX Van Sales & Distribution Solution.

1. Ownership & Business Operator

distyX is owned, engineered, and operated by B2B Enterprises (Est. 2018, Licensed GST Registered entity in Kerala, India). B2B Enterprises provides cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS), AUTO ID, Direct Store Delivery (DSD), and Enterprise Software Solutions to businesses across India and international markets.

2. Software & Service "As Is" Basis

The distyX SaaS application, mobile field client, backend APIs, and web dashboards are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime, reliability, and security, B2B Enterprises makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free system performance under peak network loads.
  • Completeness or instant real-time synchronization under zero-connectivity field conditions before offline data sync is triggered.
  • Specific revenue growth outcomes or operational savings without adherence to recommended fleet procedures.

3. Route Optimization & GPS Telemetry

distyX incorporates AI-assisted route generation and GPS location tracking to optimize van deliveries and fleet schedules:

  • Route suggestions rely on third-party mapping, traffic telemetry, and spatial algorithms.
  • B2B Enterprises is not responsible for route delays caused by road closures, severe weather, traffic congestion, or local municipal restrictions.
  • Field sales representatives must adhere to local traffic rules and safety regulations at all times while operating delivery vehicles.

4. Inventory Ledger & Mobile Billing

distyX automates 7-step Direct Store Delivery (DSD) accounting between central warehouses, mobile van stock, and store checkout:

  • Field teams are responsible for verifying physical van loading counts against system warehouse dispatches.
  • Mobile invoicing and tax computations (GST / VAT) are based on tenant-configured tax rules and price books. Tenants are responsible for ensuring tax compliance under applicable local laws.

5. Hardware & Peripherals

distyX integrates with external hardware such as Bluetooth thermal receipt printers, handheld barcode scanners, and Android mobile terminals:

  • Hardware warranties are provided directly by respective manufacturers (e.g. Zebra, TSC, TVS, Epson, Posiflex).
  • B2B Enterprises acts as an authorized distributor and solution integrator but does not alter manufacturer warranty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall B2B Enterprises, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including business loss, uncollected field payments, or spoiled goods) arising out of the use or inability to use distyX.
