- Device Metadata: Android device model, OS version, Bluetooth printer connections, application logs, and IP addresses.

- Executing the end-to-end 7-step DSD workflow (loading, route planning, store check-in, invoicing, returns, collection, and reconciliation).

- Delivering technical support, application updates, and security auditing.
